I’m passionate about mental wellbeing and work autonomously to provide compassionate, person-centred care. Through counselling, I offer emotional support and education around CBT-based life skills that can help you manage emotions, make more empowered choices, and support your recovery.

Many of us experience emotional distress at some point in our lives—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or questions around gender identity or sexuality. Sometimes, we simply feel disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed without fully understanding why.

Whatever your reason for seeking support, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore what’s troubling you at your own pace. I believe each individual and their challenges are unique—as are the ways we heal and grow.

By drawing on your life experiences and my training in a range of therapeutic approaches, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that supports you in letting go of what’s holding you back and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
