Client Feedback

"Just a quick note to say thank you for all your amazing help earlier this year, it is help like yours that helped me make the decision and be brave enough to let go of things that were no longer healthy for me. Thanks for everything".

Training Feedback

"I attended the Mental Health Awareness Course and this gave me a good understanding of anxiety, low mood and how to get help for someone who is suicidal. Also learned about lots of useful local resources. Easy to understand and training was very knowledgeable. I will recommend this to others, thank you"
